Terms and conditions of delivery

General Conditions

These terms govern the delivery of goods sold from stock by KAMIQUE HALINA PAZIEWICZ ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

Delivery Terms

The Seller will deliver goods in accordance with the following terms: DAP. Prices on site are EXW RÓŻANKI, POLAND.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guarantees. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before shipment unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include bank wire.

Any outstanding invoices must be settled prior to the processing of new orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery is typically scheduled within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to stock availability.

Packaging and Handling

Goods will be packaged under cameras recording in a manner suitable for transport and to minimize damage during delivery.

Inspection and Acceptance

The Buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to the Seller within 27 hours of receipt.

Final result of complaints are always in favor of customer when we have adequate evidence of damage during transport. We take care of our customers and always try to find the best solution.

All damages must be confirmed by protocol of damages with forwarder (Raben, Rhenus, DPD, UPS, DHL).

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

Returns Policy

We do not accept any returns.

Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays or failures to deliver resulting from events beyond the Seller's control, including natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance

The Seller may insure goods during transit, and costs will be covered as per agreement or charged to the Buyer.

Communication

The Seller will provide updates on order status and delivery timelines through emails.

Modification of Terms

The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with updates communicated to the Buyer.
